i am proud to say that we have a son with autism. and i am also proud to say that thanks to the therapy and guidance we’ve received from Rocky Mountain Autism Center over the past several years that our son is doing extremely well! i do know that we will continue to have challenges as our son grows and develops but having RMAC in our corner is a huge comfort.
here is my sweet son riding the bike he rode every week (for years) to the gym for his therapy session with dr. rydell
i was honored to be asked to do their staff and web site photography this past fall (i am so so behind on blogging–forgive me).
see official images on: RMAC’s web site.
i loved watching their faces as i asked them to crawl up on dirt banks and behind trees for their portraits (i ALWAYS prefer good old natural light over anything artificial.) surely they were thinking : “what is this lady doing?”. but the result speaks for itself–look at that beautiful early fall lovely colorado light!
and because they all knew me–they knew i was a bit on the nutty side so it was no surprise when i asked them to jump up on this cool dock door for a fun image or two as well.
pictured here is also a family who adores RMAC as well. as a matter of fact i met them at the ARC of Jefferson County’s ‘Mobilizing Families” class and they told us about Dr. Rydell and RMAC.
and here is the amazing Dr. Pat Rydell working with the kids.
more staff photos! this team of pros reek of passion for what they do!
and look at the awesome colors they chose for our session! simply perfect.
Dr. and Mrs. Rydell
i can’t say enough about this amazing organization for families with kids on the autism spectrum. i am a loyal believer in their abilities and trust them completely to assist us in our journey with autism. if you know anyone dealing with autism spectrum disorders-please check Rocky Mountain Autism Center out! (and feel free to email me with questions as well about our time and experience there.)
