some much needed reflective time….

sometimes i just need to be around art…to soak it all in and really experience it. all alone. and i like that i can use this creative space of mine to write about my adventures and to show clients a bit about who i am what inspires me.

so when i saw that the Museum of Contemporary Art in Denver was holding Mark Mothersbaugh’s “(click link from the NY Times article) Myopia” exhibit i made a plan for some much needed “me” time. (well, technically me and my camera time…)

and i knew going on a friday as soon as the museum opened would offer some personal time with the art (sans crowds)–which is the besest of the best ways to get said ‘reflective’ time….

it’s exhilarating to get some time to reside in a gentile, quiet and creative space. if only for a few sweet hours.

denver is such a great city and we attract some outstanding exhibits. i am so proud to live here.

i’m always very interested in an artist’s background and motivating for creating his or her art…

CLICK HERE: Mr. Peterson is a very cool guy. And I’m so glad I’ve had the chance to learn from him.

and finally--a quick walk around downtown in the chilly winter afternoon.
